Alpamayo is named for one of the most conspicuous peaks in the Peruvian Andes, is an intoxicating blend of GOTS-certified Organic Peruvian Tanguis cotton and Extrafine baby alpaca. Tanguis Cotton is known to be of exceptional quality because of its soft touch, strength, excellent absorption and high dye affinity. Softer than air, Alpamayo was created for year-round knitting. Extrafine baby alpaca keeps us warm during colder months while organic Tanguis cotton keeps us cool in warmer weather. It's the ideal combination of natural fibers.
