Beginner Top Down Socks

Favorite Socks is a great beginner pattern for learning how to knit socks.  Just about every knitter you meet will have a go-to “recipe” for knitting plain and simple socks.

These socks are knit cuff down, with a reinforced heel-flap and short row heel turn.  If you’re new to knitting socks, this can sound intimidating. Fret not! Mandy will be on hand to walk you through the process step-by-step.

This is a two-part class meeting on:

Saturday, April 5 & 19 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

The possibilities are nearly infinite.

Homework:  It is recommended that you pick-up your yarn and pattern at least a few days before the class, and complete the initial ribbing prior to class.  This allows you to jump right in on designing and knitting your unique cowl!
