Knit Keeper Cord

These flexible silicone hollow cords (2mm for standard, and 3mm for the Thick versions) are perfect for trying on your in progress knitting projects without removing any of it from your needles!

• The Accessory Set comes with 3 cords (minimum 24", up to 32" length).
• The Clothing Set comes with 3 cords (2 @ 30" and 1 @ 60"). Contains one longer cord for the body of the project, and two smaller cords for the sleeves.
• The XL Project Set comes with 1 cord (120" in length)

All options come in a secure screw top circular tin, with a window for quick and easy viewing.

STANDARD SETS:

The end of the cord squishes firmly over most size needles, from US 0 (2mm) to US 11 (8mm) . After it is attached to your needle tip, simply slide stitches on to the flexible tubing so you can try your garment on. When you are done, push all of the stitches back onto the needle and pull off the tubing.

THICK SETS:

The end of the cord squishes firmly over most size needles, from US 8 (5mm) to US 15* (10mm) on just about any needle brand. After it is attached to your needle tip, simply slide stitches on to the flexible tubing so you can try your garment on. When you are done, push all of the stitches back onto the needle and pull off the tubing. Great for trying on smaller accessory items like hats, gloves/mittens, socks, etc.

* Fitting may depend on amount of pressure used to get the cord onto your needle tip. Some brands with a more rounded and/or less sloped tip may not work well at the top of the suggested range.
