Class: Circular Knitting Introduction - A Simple Hat

If you haven't yet started your circular knitting journey, this basic hat class with a simple pattern is for you! In this class we will learn how to knit a hat in the round using circular needles. This is a great first class if you are new to using circular needles and have already mastered the fundamentals of knitting and purling. We will also learn a simple decrease method in this class.
This is our one of our "quick gifts" knitting class. You will create a fast and quick project that you should be able to complete within a weekend. Great for those who need quick rewards and who are looking to keep their stress level low.
Materials needed for this class include:
- US 8 (5mm) circular knitting needles or DPNs (Double Pointed Needles)
- stitch marker(s)
- scissors
- a tapestry needle
- a tape measure
Cost of the class includes:
- Pattern
- Yarn (1 skein of Araucania Jaspeada - your choice of color)
Recommended skills needed before attempting this class:
- Long tail cast on or thumb method cast on, knowing how to knit and purl stitches

Classes are non-refundable, so please check your calendar to make sure you can make each meeting. If something comes up, you can check with us about a reschedule, but it is at our convenience and discretion, and the make-up class must be taken within 90 days, and contingent on the class being offered again in the future.
